In addition to the excellent human resources of 68 technicians and engineers, which almost cover all the technical subjects including material, machining, process, welding, heat treatment, testing, financial management, human resource management, etc., the company is equipped with advanced first-class processing and inspection equipment to build up a solid foundation for guaranteed quality. Except the platforms used for routine experiments such as low temperature test, low leakage test, API624 high temperature and low leakage test, fire protection test, valve cold and hot state test system, ultra-high pressure test system, etc., we have the only valve flexible manufacturing system (FMS) assembly line in China, 12 CNC vertical lathes of 5m, 3.5m and 2.5m , CNC floor boring and milling machines of 200mm, 130mm , 8 imported machining centers from Japan and Taiwan and Shenyang, are more than 50 sets of CNC machine tools produced in Changzhou and other places, as well as nearly 700 sets of high-precision machining and inspection equipment such as γ and X-ray flaw detection, three-coordinate measuring instruments, and elemental analyzers.
